What information does my client receive?

Booking confirmations are issued exclusively to the booker and are not shared directly with the passenger. Pricing and payment information are never disclosed to the passenger at any stage of the journey.

Passenger contact is limited to essential travel updates only, as outlined below:

  • Chauffeur En Route:
    The passenger receives an email and SMS with the chauffeur’s contact details once the chauffeur is on the way.

  • Chauffeur Arrival:
    The passenger receives an email and SMS confirming the chauffeur’s arrival at the designated pickup location.

  • Clarification When Required:
    The passenger may be contacted by phone only if the chauffeur is unable to locate them or if pickup details require confirmation.

This structured communication approach ensures a smooth, professional experience for the passenger while maintaining full discretion, transparency, and control for the booker.

How far in advance can I book a ride?

You can book your ride with AurovGlasgow well in advance—months ahead of time—or as little as 60 minutes before pickup, subject to availability. We always recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred time and vehicle.

AurovGlasgow offers one of the most flexible and customer-friendly cancellation policies. You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time.

Need to adjust your plans? Changes to your booking can also be made up to 60 minutes before pickup, giving you complete flexibility and peace of mind.

When will I receive the chauffeur's contact information?

The chauffeur’s name and telephone number will be sent to the passenger one hour before pickup via email and SMS. This message also contains the make, model and license plate number of the vehicle. If you booked for someone else, this information will be sent to the email address and phone number provided in the booking process.

One hour before a ride, guests open a chat with their chauffeur in our website or contact us on whatsapp.
